Private entities that win a contract, use eminent domain to complete their project.

Do you think Dodger stadium was built as a government project?

I can guarantee you eminent domain was used.

Should that stadium have been blocked from being built, or are you going to refer to that as a government project too?

Yes a lot of poorer homeowners in Chavez Ravine were booted out to make room for Dodger Stadium.

Study the construction of the WTC ... All that led up to it - the legal battles to wipe out “Radio Row” (radio and television repair shops) ... Eminent Domain won out and the lower skyline changed for the better - until the damn Musloids showed up.
