The network clowns just read the names off without paying attention to what was happening on the stage or waiting until after the applause for each candidate.

Carson had been called but he apparently wasn’t able to hear it...he wasn’t the only one - Kasich didn’t either. They should have waited to call names when the audience cheering had faded.
That Trump sure is classy - “tell them to go f-— themselves” “they’re full of s-—” from the campaign podium is the mark of class - very presidential - good role model.

It was very hard to hear the names because the announcer was saying them during the applause.
Very classy. Trump was willing to put himself out there, willing to risk being embarrassed by ABC, just so Carson wouldn’t be left there standing alone. None of the others that followed behind them were sure enough of themselves to take that risk.

SOMEONE gave the announcers a list and they read the names off and didn't even care if anyone showed up or not
SOMEONE said .... "Keep camera B on the backstage .... and SOMEONE in the booth had planned in advance for the entire confusing scenario to be broadcast live

Carson didn’t hear his name, neither did Trump. They were both told by a stage hand but they just stood there looking clueless.
