"The end result will be a waste of time. " A waste of who's time? Mine? Well, it's my time to waste.

"Which will result from a COS?" The Constitution cannot be restored without some structural changes. What has been perverted once can be perverted again. The states need to regain the power that was intended from the beginning. Congress won't ever do that.

"Day one will be the 2nd amendment. Day 2 the first." Are those safe now? One more liberal on the SCOTUS and POOF! Gone.
No combination of 38 states would ever agree to repealing any of the Bill of Rights.

"No way I want the republican and democrat criminal organizations having a chance to rewrite our Constitution." And how could they do that with this process?

How does a COS change now or future Supreme Court rulings?

The purpose of "this process" is to amend the constitution OWKA rewrite.
For example the only way to repeal the 17th amendment is with a new amendment...AKA rewrite the 17th.

"How does a COS change now or future Supreme Court rulings?" You have not read Levin's book. Google "State Repeal Amendment".

"For example the only way to repeal the 17th amendment is with a new amendment...AKA rewrite the 17th." Of course. By that definition, the 2nd Amendment was a "rewrite" of the Constitution.

You have not read Levin's book. "State Repeal Amendment".
I don't care what a radio host says. You cannot repeal an amendement to the constitution with out a new amendment to the constitiution...Don't take my word for it, "GOOGLE" prohibition.
Prohibition was mandated under the Eighteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution-------
The Eighteenth Amendment was repealed on December 5, 1933, with ratification of the Twenty-first Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

"You cannot repeal an amendement to the constitution with out a new amendment to the constitiution" We have two threads going here. I think you may have crossed them up. The post you are responding to above was in response to your question, "How does a COS change now or future Supreme Court rulings?"
As to the other thread, I agreed with you -- it is self-evident.
