Ohio Gov. John Kasich told Newsmax TV in an interview recorded Sunday morning that former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is getting desperate trying to say he isn't conservative. [...]

Bush has said he is the only governor running for the GOP presidential nomination who has a conservative record. Asked by "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth if that was a fair criticism, Kasich laughed.

It seems like every Kasich commercial is immediately followed by a commercial calling him an "Obama Republican" put out by some group calling itself the "American Future Fund."

Because it's not officially supporting any candidate there's no voiceover by a candidate saying "My name is ___ ____ and I approve this message."

In a way it's funny, but I wonder if Kasic has some kind of legal case here against the television stations -- or if this is going to be taught in poli sci departments for years as a massive fail by a campaign.
