Marin City is a heavily black and hispanic area next door to Sausolito, an overpriced tourist town. My guess is drug gangs and their territories has a lot to do with it.
We may be speaking of folks who can’t afford a gun, but won’t hesitate to fight to the death. More will come out over the next few weeks.
Interesting that Marin City is 38% white and 38% black.
