I have already thought that buckwheat would very likeky pardon hillary, but that the legal process, even if started now, would probably go beyond Jan 2017. And there is no statute of limitation on Treason.

Hey, I liked your thoughts. Throw some granola in that yogurt, drizzle with a little honey, then sprinkle on a level teaspoon of hot cinnamon and yell breakfast! I will come a running.

The way Bammy has screwed the Clinton’s, I suspect he is terrified of a President Clinton. Hillery always does pay back. If Bammy values his boy parts he has to stop Clinton.

But I suspect it is far too late for him.

a. She needs to not be elected president and
b. Obama needs to not issue her some blanket pardon (not sure he could do anything like that)

Welcome to the club.

I've been asking those questions since Hillary was allowed to decide on her own which emails she would provide to satisfy all the Federal laws that were never in her power to interpret.

AND SHE WAS ALLOWED TO ACTUALLY DO IT.
THAT EVENT IS MORE PROFOUND AND FRIGHTENING THAN JUST THE CRIMES OF AN OLD ENTITLED ARROGANT WOMAN, clearly engaging in RICO activity. No one is immute to prosecution from that.

No one even bothered to ask the now famous question, "How many divisions does the Supreme Court have?
"Or the Legislature?"

I can only repeat that to initiate accusation of RICO activity, no Attorney General is necessary, Far as I know, any citizen can file the charge. And the evidence for the prosecution has already been found.

Perhaps. Maybe the missing 18 minutes was a discussion of who they might pick to replace Spiro Agnew and who might be willing to use a Presidential pardon on Nixon's behalf after resigning? I don't think we'll ever know.

The best thing that could happen long term is for Hillary to be indicted, have all the evidence come out, and then have Obama pardon her.

Actually, that's the worst.

The possibility that a member of the RICO activity grants her a pardon, because there are no family jewels in the entire House of Representatives to prevent him. The House has that legal ultimate Constitutional power.

The only remaining question is : it the national trauma to impeach him worse?

Or the ultimate results of NOT preventing Hillary from getting away with multiple felonies?

Precedent.

So it seemed at one time.

However, the FBI reportedly has the server now. That would mean they have anything that wasn't deleted. It's also been suggested that they might have the deleted items as well, assuming Hillary is as dumb as a rock and didn't have professional help in erasing those files.

If she did have professional help in erasing the files, that professional had better take the fifth if asked about it. Gee ... it reminds me that one Hillary stooge has already taken the fifth. Things may yet get very interesting.

A conspiracy to destroy even one single file which rightfully belonged to the government would land you or me in jail.

I also recall that Hillary herself emailed one of her aides and instructed them to remove classification markings from a document and to send it unsecured.

It's not clear that the document was classified or that Hillary was talking about changing markings on the document itself. It is supposed to have contained some talking points. The State Department claims that the document was eventually sent through a secure channel, not as an email to Hillary's server.

Having all these allegations in the background is not helping Hillary's election chances, but there has to be something more solid for her to have real legal jeopardy.

Yes, but a President can pardon someone pro-actively. Remember Ford pardoned Nixon for any crimes he MIGHT have committed between certain dates. Obama could do the same for the Clintons. There doesn't have to be a conviction for a pardon to be issued.

That is so absurd I would hope all Americans would want to get an authoritative legal opinion on that, or else our entire system and culture fails on the spot.

What could then possibly prevent Hillary from killing Trump? or her husband? or... ?

Her psychopathy is beyond argument.

I have a thought that Hillery is insane. She keeps seeing this vast right wing conspiracy after her.

Crazy like a fox.
Just allows her to "torment and abuse us for our own good, with the total approval her conscience," if any.

One of those who can fool a polygraph.

I am so glad that we as a people have begun to discuss the subject seriously, for the problem is real.

"While a presidential pardon will restore various rights lost as a result of the pardoned offense and ..."

This is a clear indication that at least there is a strong suggestion that a pardon involves the necessity of enumerating the offence(s) which the pardon is intended to expunge (for lack of a better word.)

There is no suggestion that "blanket pardons" can ever be legal. But like every other "legal" concept or procedure, it is presumed legal until challenged and found otherwise..

It has already happened in the case of Ford’s pardon of Nixon. Nothing prevents Obama from doing this, except public opinion of his place in history.

“...Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.

"...it just occurred to me that because of Obama's ability to grant immunity, patriots in congress may have set a strategy of letting the stall carry itself out until Obama is out of office."

No. This is all about Bobo (and his cadre) holding the Sword of Damocles over Cankles head. Payback for '08 when Bubba's called Bobo a coffee fetcher and a million other insults not yet brought to light.

I think the potential deal breaker may be the massive tax evasion and the bribes associated with the donations to the foundations.

Petraeus was not indicted. The way his case was handled points the way to an outcome for Hillary. although I can’t see a misdemeanor charge for her or Willie if the tax evasion is exposed.

It’s good to read that the White House has panicked.

It will all probably end with something like this...

"...Now, THEREFORE, I, BARACK H. OBAMA, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Hillary Clinton for all offenses against the United States which she, Hillary Clinton, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 2009 through January 20, 2017.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord two-thousand and seventeen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty.

BARACK H. OBAMA"
