who knows what is intentional and what is a mistake

Back in the day when I worked on campaigns a few times, sometimes what happens is some directive or event occurs and staff gets over-zealous. That's why Cruz's campaign taking Carson votes wasn't an issue until it came out that the rumor was spread and embellished by campaign headquarters.

Cruz's campaign has gotten snarky and lawyerly. They seem to bring things right to the legal edge, and figure they're in the clear or can talk their way around things. What they didn't factor in is that after the primary runoff was stolen for Cochran, people want decent campaigns.

JMHO, but it's another case of Cruz being so smart that he outsmarts himself.

On caucus night Team Ted lied, “principled” died.

It isn’t the first time Jeff Roe has done that, so we know it was deliberate.

Eckersley calls e-mail a hoax, says he’s still in the race (AUDIO)
“You know this is dirty politics. This is Jeff Roe-style management. That’s who Billy’s retained. That’s who he writes the big checks to,” Eckersley tells Missourinet affiliate KTTS. “This is Kansas City management doing what they do best, which is playing dirty.”

No doubt, this is why Cruz hired Roe. He needed a dirty tricks operator in the shadows. And this doesn’t even count his psy-ops/shill guy.

These are plumbers: 2016 style.

If Ted could ever pull a dirty trick and not get caught, maybe you’d have a point. But so far, he’s dirty and incompetent too. Not good.

Tricky Ted..

This is the latest Cruz dirtytrick trending on twitter. Fake endorsements.

****************

Heck if that is the worst it gets then not to worry. Politics is a cut throat endeavor
at best and dirt resides with all of the candidates.

Why would Cruz list a supporter that wasn’t a supporter knowing that he would be subjected to ridicule? Strange? Funny business?

I know that, but 2ndDivisionVet put that out as a straw man argument that Donald Trump had some kind of special privilege. But even if you take his straw man and run with it, what Donald Trump has done is pretty amazing.

I believe the topic is about the obvious lie that a person endorsed Cruz when they did not.

There is your lie and you cannot handle it.

Get a grip.

None are so blind as those who will not see the difference between Bill Gates and Donald Trump. If you read what Donald Has written about what he actually is proposing to do, then you would not assert that he is a big government liberal. His tax plan was scored as producing the least revenue of all the candidates’ tax plans. He did that on purpose because he is going to reduce the size and cost of the federal government.

A recent survey said that up to one quarter of the federal civil service employees would QUIT if Donald Trump is elected, because they know that their time of sitting around watching porn and being paid will be over.

Many of the lessons I’ve learned in business are applicable to our current situation. The most important lesson is this— Stand behind your word, and make sure your word stands up. People who have done business with me will tell you that I never say something unless I mean it.

I don’t make promises I can’t keep. I don’t make threats without following through. Don’t ever make the mistake of thinking you can bully me. My business partners and employees know that my word is as good as any contract— and that better go for the other side’s word as well.

I stand behind my commitments, and our commitments as a nation.

I stand— without question— behind the Constitution at home, and I stand, without question, behind our allies abroad.

No friendly country, and no allied leader, should question our ironclad support again.

No enemy, and no enemy leader, should misinterpret our resolve to fight to the death— their death.

We won’t need the president of Israel to come to our shores and explain to Congress what we used to stand for.

another case of Cruz being so smart that he outsmarts himself

Like in Iowa?

Everyone here knows there was no lies or deceit in repeating the message originating from Ben’s dumbass Armstrong Williams. Had Cruz’s team pretended their message regarding Carson, asking his voters to instead vote for Cruz, was issued by Carson, that would have been deceitful or a lie.

Now the real deceit and lie is by DONEald and his swarm of lemmings trying to use a nothing to gen up something.

You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

There was no lie or deceit in repeating the message (from CNN)...

Repeated, questionable, unless it was specified that it wasn't verified by another source. Embellishing it and spreading it without checking with Carson's headquarters first? No....that crosses every line.

The there's this other oddity. Whenever there's an article that's unkind, Cruzers dismiss it because the source is unreliable, so we should ignore what is written. So on this they trusted an unconfirmed CNN story and drew conclusions from it? C'mon.

How does it feel? The 'pubs are trying to expand their base and Cruz stole the votes of the only black guy in the race. Nice framing of the discussion.

I find it interesting no other Iowa campaign blasted out the “CNN report” to 1,500 precincts. It was only Team Cruz that twisted it to fit the narrative they were pushing. Ted Cruz obviously has a boundaries and ethics problem.
