Yeah, and the owner(s) of the house cost themselves millions. I wish some entity want MY property for some project. I would sell, but I would make them pay.
The owner was a little nuts but some people don’t want to move and shouldn’t have to just because some rich dude wants their property.
My late husband loved our house so much, he wouldn’t have moved for a million dollars.
