Nothing about the white women vote. It was an announcement that he WILL LISTEN to the GENERALS instead of MicroManaging our Military like the politicians have been doing since the 2nd WW. Truman cut off MacArthurs nose in Korea and so along came Vitnam which johnson turned into a hell hole where our troops won, but the victory was given away to the enemy. We have been bedeviled by Washington politician armchair generals ever since. LET the GENERLS have their say and return to winning the wars is what Trump is saying.
