I was annoyed to find I'd fallen asleep at the end of the 2nd quarter and missed halftime and the entire second half and had to dial around [</off OldSpeak>] to find the 4-1-1 [</off dated Gen X teenspeak>] on the game's outcome.
Now, not so much. Sounds like it was a real slutathon.
It’s really two things that torqued me.
One, that my 8 year old daughter watching the half time show immediately asked why she (Beyonce) was in a swimsuit. A question asked as Beyonce twerked (simulated sex) on National TV.
Two, that the popular culture is so far off track, so void of class to think twice about such a ‘show’ as being acceptable for family viewing. Maybe CBS and/or the NFL should openly state before the game that young children should not watch? How pathetic that would be.
