AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - A U.S. judge denied for the second time a request by Texas to bar relief agencies from bringing Syrian refugees into the state, a decision that could have a bearing on the attempts of 30 other governors to block refugees from their states.
U.S. District Judge David Godbey said the Republican leaders who have fought the resettlement have not shown Texas would suffer irreparable harm.

Maybe someone should sue the Feds on religious discrimination. That might hold it up. Or at least get some Christians into the mix.

In fact, build them safe housing...Surround their housing with a concrete wall 30 feet high with concertina wire draped and covering the top...Put a tower with armed guards every 100 feet ...Of course, to keep people out, you know...

.......hmmm...........I think some of these women that are being groped and raped by muzzies of all stripes would disagree with Godbey on the definition of “irreparable harm.
Better yet, declare the judge's property under eminent domain to house them.
Federal judges can not be recalled. Only impeached by Congress.

Too bad.
Many of these “AID” agencies are national contractors paid by the federal government to resettle refugees, and they are paid millions of dollars to do so each year. This has become big business, and these companies have a left-wing agenda. This is more than it seems, and the American electorate has become too ignorant to see this resettlement scam for what it is.
Our nation is sliding down the crapper.
Remember that next time you want to “compromise” with the people doing it. :)
