My hunch is that was a photo op
Good looking plates of food accompanied by extraordinarily attractive women
Fashion mags even though they hate Trump will have plenty of cover material from extended first family
My mother was as tall as Ivanka and thin. Yet she ate normal meals and even desserts.
I doubt that the picture is photo shopped. If it was, they wouldn't have the dreaded "RED EYE".
