Since Mexico thinks immigration is so great, they should allow lots of it to Mexico. Oh wait, they only think immigration of their cast-offs to the US is great, they don’t think taking the detritus of other countries into Mexico is great. At least, judging by their strict immigration laws and their strict enforcement of them, they don’t think so.
They won’t let in people from central and south Americas, especially from El Salvador and Guatemala.
