Well it looks like you're ok with millions of Americans being displaces by the low-skilled workers Trump wants to bring into the country. I'll make a note of it.
--"as Cruz proposed, some 11 million residents living "in the shadows" would "still be eligible for RPI status." (registered permanent immigrant)"
Cruz also introduced legislation that would prevent those here illegally from ever getting citizenship - under Trump's plan, all of those he plans on bringing back would be eligible for citizenship.
For everything you want to throw at me about Cruz on immigration, I can point out a position of Trump's that is worse.
“Well it looks like you’re ok with millions of Americans being displaces by the low-skilled workers Trump wants to bring into the country. I’ll make a note of it.”
—More BS from your baseless assumptions.
“Cruz also introduced legislation that would prevent those here illegally from ever getting citizenship “
—COMPLETELY FALSE. His amendment provided RPI status, which allows for the application of citizenship after 5 years of continuous residency. Less if they are married to a US citizen.
“..under Trump’s plan, all of those he plans on bringing back would be eligible for citizenship.”
—Of course! Whatever number his policy allows to return could apply for citizenship under the same rules Cruz fought to give them. BTW, according to NumbersUSA Trumps plan could take years before any were allowed back in.
“For everything you want to throw at me about Cruz on immigration, I can point out a position of Trump’s that is worse.’
—LOL!! the only thing your throwing is BS.
