I wonder about Rush.
When you see Rubio sell out principle and his constituents for a pocketful of silver, that has to impugn the guy’s character.
The younger Rush wouldn’t be so blind. So either Rush is losing it, he’s shifted leftward, or there’s some fix in we don’t know about.
Rush has been phoning it in for several years now, I don't think he even cares much past sleepwalking to the end of his current contract, at which point it wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't retire, he's in his sixties and his hearts just not in it anymore. He like to talk more about his golf outings and cocktail parties with the party establishment crew than conservative principle and it's starting to affect his show.
Rush was neutral today. He agreed with Rubio on the substance of his comments that Obama is doing all he does on purpose. He also said that Trump was the consummate performer - has the performer’s instinct, and knows how to work the crowd (this in regards to the “p***y” flap)
