I view their standing on the street corner holding a sign as a “sales job”. One of the most lucrative careers is asking people for money. It’s something everyone should learn to do. It’s my job to say “no” and not reward them for standing on a corner.
The problem is the crazies and we have stopped locking them up so now we are hostage to them.
Street corner bums are the same as those beggars on those funding sites like GoFundMe. Hey, send me money for a new car!
