Why didn’t that solicitor general appeal the gay decision in Texas?

At least you did not claim that solicitor general follows the ‘original intent’ of the Constitution... When that solicitor demands himself be exempted under the ‘original intent’ of the Constitution. I am really trying to convince myself that I owe a Hispanic, Cuban, natural born Canadian a vote...

Now you did claim something about being a conservative, but darn if I can find it!

Which decision are you talking about? Lawrence v. Texas? The decision not to defend that law was made by the Attorney General's office - Ted was Solicitor General, he worked for the Attorney General.
