In some states out West the feds control > 60% of the land in the state. In the original 13 states the Feds control <5% of the land in the state. This makes it very difficult for the states to run their own affairs.

Every US taxpayer is essentially a (home)owner of the property taken over here. But no one can use the property as it is intended because of the occupation.
I’ve done my best to express my point. Wouldn’t be the first time I was wrong if I’m missing something. Just seems pretty straightforward.

I quit giving to Cruz too. He had a chance to mediate the Oregon situation as did Trump, neither showed up.
