That’s not what the realclearpolitics polls say. He loses big time in head-to-heads against Hillary and Bernie.

So stop with that lie.

Without the bluster, rancor, ranting & raving....Ted Cruz is going nowhere against Donald J. Trump!!! Reason simple: Ted Cruz draws supporters & voters only in the likeness and fashion of Glenn Beck, a raving, lunatic, ego-maniac, nutcase!!! Truth is, he appeals to only a very limited number of extreme so-called, conservative followers!!! Trump simply attracts supporters and voters from across the entire USA spectrum of politics!! End of story!!!

GO Donald J. Trump!!!

Cruz’s wife is fair game because she has actively gotten involved in fund raising for the campaign. She even has her own campaign staff, chaired, I believe, by a friend from her G-S days.

Can you draw out 5000 people during a blizzard on a very cold, snowy night?
Donald Trump can!

I really think that the only reason some of you are voting for Trump is because One Direction is not running.

agree going after Trump makes Cruz look weak

There are Yuuuuuge issues facing our nation and the world

Meanwhile a washed-up old white “socialist” in a dirty looking suit, who never held a real job except paid by the government in his 74 years, who looks like Grandpa and talks like Lenin, might be the democrat nominee for president

The article should read "The only people who can beat Trump are Cruz"s Contributors", Goldman Sachs, the Club for Growth, and the Woodforrest Financial Group, to name a few.

A candidate who can win in Boston (which sadly now equals NH) or in NY is the enemy, not our friend. They recognize their own kind there and their kind is who got us into this mess! McCain and Romney types do well there. Doing poorly there is a badge of honor!

I think he is right. Certainly none of the GOPe slugs can do it.

Will depend upon how many voters still care about Conservative ideology or do they just want to flip the bird to the establishment.

You got the famous Cosell backwards. It was “DOWN GOES FRAZIER. DOWN GOES FRAZIER.

Carry on.

Aren't you bored by your own misinformation, the blinders don't get you down? With Trump we have 20 years + of sound bites and your statements are from 1999. Trump is Pro Life and has been since 2011, not exactly a dime. He has laid out his path from ProChoice in 1999 to outlawing partial birth abortion in 2000 to strongly Pro Life in 2008-9. He has strongly supported defunding Planned Parenthood after the tapes on their real business came out. Donald Trump on Abortion

It wasn't meant as a personal insult but an observation that so many Trump supporters cite Trump's ability to draw crowds of screaming fans, as if that is supposed to represent some valid reason why we should throw away all our conservative principles and join the squealing throngs.

I used your comment to illustrate my point but did not intend it as a personal affront.

Have a great day. That was sincere, not sarcastic.

So. Do you think Trump would or would not try and appoint his sister or someone just like her to SCOTUS?

Ted's closest current advisors are also deeply involved in CFR.

Reminds me of Newt in 2012, “I’m going to be nominee; the next President of the United States.” (Don’t recall if this was said before or right after the SC primary.)

I do not think he would choose someone like his sister for SCOTUS or someone with her viewpoints. When he has chosen advisors it is Sessions, or his conservative business acquaintances.
Trump is interested in free market approaches, a budget surplus and decreasing Government bureaucracy. He wants to get people back to work and see that the Vets and military are well treated. I don’t see him selecting someone who is not aligned with those principles.
