The retention requirements specified by § 301(b) were later reduced (Pub. L. 92-584 §§ 1, 3; 86 Stat. 1289 (1972)), and then eliminated (Pub. L. 95-432 §§ 1, 3; 92 Stat. 1046 (1978)).
