Well good luck with that but as for me and my family it’s almost anybody but Trump.
Haha, yeah, your strategy may work on liberal Republicans with NY’s little brother, but Texas is Cruz County, baby.
Don’t forget to join us on tonight’s Florida Rally Thread!
DONEald, wish in one hand and poop in the other, then show us which filled the fastest.
I think Trump will do very well in Texas, though Cruz will win handily. Lots of Reagan Democrats that will vote Trump instead of Hillary/Sanders in the primary.
Trump's basically flipping the largest finger at DC, something the average Texan appreciates.
Having said that, Cruz has had a ground game established in Texas for years. Trump won't be able to overcome that.
Texas is 45% Cruz county and 55% Not-Cruz county based on most recent polling. And Romney got 69% of the primary vote in 2012.
Cruz will get fewer GOP primary votes in Texas than Romney did in 2012.
You may be right, but in 2012 Romney had it in the bag. This is the first time in years that Texas’ voice is meaningful in the presidential race.
Texas will be meaningful because it will deny Cruz a bunch of delegates because of the Trump vote.
I wonder what the date of this poll was taken? I haven’t spoken to anyone supporting Cruz? Trump seems to be making a positive impact in my area of Texas. Austin is known for being more liberal than other areas of Texas, maybe. this poll was taken there?
Go Trump!
