So tell me, when Cruz loses SC (have you seen the latest polls), what will you do?

Trump was just on O'Reilly this week LYING again as he constantly does that he beats Hillary in all the polls. He doesn't. Cruz always does better than him against Hillary and sometimes that means Trump loses while Cruz wins.

Cruz is the most conservative candidate who can win, bar none. He is far more electable than Trump. Trump's negatives are massive and there is NO evidence he gets any "crossover" votes.

Also Mondale was a total dud! He had as much charisma as Cruz. Trump is the firework finale!

LOL, then why is Trump constantly trumpet it whenever he’s ahead in all these “Democrat” polls?

Can you read? Trump LOSES to Clinton according to this article. It's right there in black and white. Cruz beats her and Trump loses.

RCP's average finds that Cruz would beat Clinton by 1 point (47 to 46 percent), while Trump would lose by 4 points (47 to 43 percent)...

Polls which tout a hypothetical general election matchup 9 months in the future are the epitome of garbage.

Polls in SC (which has a GOP primary in about 1 week) showing Trump beating Cruz handily are probably the ones that Cruz supporters should be worrying about.

Oh, ok. Both are within MOE. So better go with Trump. Fixed.

More like what will YOU do when Ted Cruz clobbers Donald Trump in South Carolina.
The polls? Yeah. Saw the polls in Iowa too. All the last THIRTEEN polls had Trump winning by as much as 11%. He lost.

Iowa is weird. Cruz took advantage of Carson to win. I was hoping you would say you would stfu
When Cruz crashes in SC!

Mondale lost by 49 states to 1 against Reagan, yet Trump has worse negatives than even Mondale.

Iowa is just fine. Very nice people, great state. Sensible too, that’s why they didn’t vote Trump. They are not stupid.

It seems to me you are making the case Ted spent $600 thousand dollars in a state he didn’t care if he won or not.

If I didn’t care if I won it or not, I would have spent $0.00 there.

Yeah. Just like Iowa.

Not at all like Iowa, a caucus state where Cruz had a great "ground game", and was polling much closer to Trump.

Touting a Cruz/Hillary matchup at this point is merely grasping at straws.

The fact is, any GOP nominee should beat Hillary Clinton, but it's pretty clear to most thoughtful people that Trump has a much easier path to victory in the general election in November, due to reasons of both demographics and enthusiasm.

The results of the poll cited in this article certainly don't offer any compelling reason to support Cruz over Donald Trump.

Cruz will need to fare better than Donald Trump in order to get the GOP nomination. Then he can concern himself with Hillary Clinton...

Mickey Mouse could beat Mrs. Clinton in November. Even if Hillary was not so far to the Left, the PR baggage that she has picked up in recent months will continue to erode her support. New Hampshire was not a freak occasion. The damage will continue to become ever more evident.

I continue to support both Trump & Cruz; and will even when the Democrats put someone other than Mrs. Clinton at the head of their ticket.

Your guy is a marginal candidate who can’t draw more than 20% of Republican votes. He’s got no path to the nomination, much less, a win in the general. He’d be smoked by anyone the Dems nominate because he’s got zero crossover appeal.

Them’s the facts, Jack.

Cruz needed the beat Rubio in New Hampshire after all the Fox News gushing over Ribio’s third place finish in Iowa and all the media talk of "Rubiomomentum". He did beat Rubio for only $500,000. Rubio spent $18 M. I think Cruz got a far better return on his money don't you?

I think Ted got trounced. Don’t you?

You honestly think Ted was running for third place. Well, no wonder you folks think he won.

He’s going to win again next week too.

In fact he’s going to keep winning by losing.

This is important, because Hillary WILL be the nominee. The game is rigged in her favor, as witnessed by the ass-whuppin' Sanders laid on her in New Hampshire and she still came away with more delegates.

The only thing that will stop her is prison time for her deliberate mishandling of Top Secret material. That'll never happen under Obama's "justice" department.
