The dead giveaway Cruz knows he’s not a NBC because he always tries to confuse citizen with NBC. He damn well knows the distinction. He obfuscates because he knows he is wrong.

It’s also ironic in that a liberal justice would open up to redefine the constitution. Cruz, a supposed strict constructivist, if placed on the court would agree with a similarly situated candidate’s ineligibility.
