Portland? Bad air? Huh?
I like Eugene and toward the coast.. You can have Portland.

That’s certainly my first reaction also. How can the air be dirty in a place where the amount of rain they get should keep it clean? Traveled to Corvalis from CA many years ago to visit friends and went to Portland with them. I remember bad, stinky air from paper mills on the way - is that what is causing the pollution? But I don’t recall Portland itself having bad air when we got there...strange!
What a crock of horse $#!+. One of the first states back in the 70’s to jump when the EPA came about and lap up any new environmental regulations they spewed out.
They just want more federal pork thrown their way.
