If the Republicans rush through a n Obama nomination watch the Court go into special session to take up a host of newly minted cases to end the Republic before November. The Court does not have to take things as they come up through the lower courts. It can take things out of the air as it were.

Obama is going to replace Scalia with the most left leaning social activist Supreme Court jurist he can find and we cannot expect the establishment Republicans to do anything but what they always do: support Obama. Trump doesn’t even know the difference amongst the Supreme Court Judges.
