Powell is the reason we had the second Gulf war. Schwarzkopf wanted to keep going on to Baghdad and put an end to Sadam once and for all.
Powell was an ungrate full man who was more a political than a warrior like Schwarzkopf.
Powell was right in the fact that he said if Saddam goes , it will create a vacuum in the region ...we are seeing it now ..he was right
