Exactly right. Trump has said over and over again that all the abortion funding should stop at PP. He has said it so many times it is not worth repeating.
Sometimes his choice of words is not that great but he is very clear on defunding abortion at PP which would in essence close their doors.
Its hard for both sides to keep a stable context in this environment. Cruz has the same concern I do. Funds are fungible. If we say we’re withholding just the abortion support money, we’re still putting money in the pocket of Dr. Frankensten and it will eventually be used to do monstrous things. Cruz says shut the money off completely. I agree. Trump says we should keep on giving them money. That’s not right. But neither side is lying. IMHO.
