With Scalia's passing we all know we must vote for the nominee

No we don't "all know" that.

If the eGOP gets someone (Bush, Rubio) that will just lose to the dem nominee lots of conservatives won't vote GOP.

Many of us are tired of voting for the lessor of two evils and/or the next guy "in line."

If a Sanders SCOTUS is what you prefer, your choice. I will vote for our nominee and it will be Cruz or Trump.
