There is plenty to criticize Bush about, but blaming him for 9/11 is crap. Disregarding that everyone said Saddam had WMD to include our allies, you still have to ask what history would have said had Saddam given WMD to AQ for the next 9/11. My personal belief is they moved the stuff to Syria, but who knows. That is the difference with being the man in charge or the historian with a pen or keyboard after the fact.
