Oh, yeah -- that's another reason to appoint him to the appellate bench. Affirmative action, and fairness, and putting popeyed bastard immigrants of color on the U.S. bench.

FWIW both Alabama's U.S. Senators are on the record already as opposing this guy's nomination.
More judges like this no doubt Sharia Law will become the law of the land in the future.
