It might be time for a constitutional amendment to put the SCOTUS on a leash. Start with no life time appointments.
Is there a way to reduce SCOTUS decisions in force so they are more akin to Inspector General findings?
IOW strongly worded with no imperative force behind them.
The SCOTUS only needs to be neutered, and the 9 can play “courtroom” all they like.
