That info about the loans WAS disclosed on his documents when he filed to run for Senator. There is some other FEC documents that were apparently overlooked, but easily corrected. No intent to hide anything here.

You know what? I just dug into this again, and the loans apparently we're disclosed publicly on a form filed by Cruz in July 2012, weeks before the primary runoff election.
