Unless he hwd a killer. And the killer was sadistic and waited until no pulse and arranged his body. Sometimes there is also vomiting with a heart attack.
Maybe he could run for president.....he has to be a billionaire by now!

They said he was cold. Perhaps he died as soon as he lay down, may God rest his soul.
When I found my father, dead from a heart attack in bed, his hands were crossed on his chest and he had a peaceful expression.
Happened to mine as well...he said he was tired and went and laid down...gone.
Yeah... like I say... I don’t know what happened to Scalia and I’m not making a guess. I just know that heart attacks can happen immediately and be a very peaceful death. Peaceful for the person going to heaven.... not quite so peaceful at the time... for the relatives with them when it happens.
I told my wife “I’m tired” and sat on the floor (to make CPR easier) then told her to call 9-1-1.
Put a pillow on TOP of your head then keep it there as you lay down. THAT kind of ‘OVER’ your head, ARGHHH!!!! It’s all on how your interpret ‘OVER’ his head.
Could the man have meant that Scalia slipped down from the pillow, so that his head was on the bed and the pillow was lying above his head? A big deal would have been made of it, if he meant that a pillow was covering his face. In fact, I think he would have used the word face and not head, if that had been the case.
I was very suspicious of the Brown death at the time. Regarding the pillow, sometimes my boyfriend sleeps with a pillow over his head if he forgets his black sleeping mask. Someone probably will know if he was likely to sleep like that. If suffocated there should be petechial (sp?) hemorrages in his eyes.
But really if foul play was involved, wouldn’t they have removed the pillow?
And where were the marshals?

As a nurse and someone with common sense a few of these comments are odd.
A pillow over his head? Maybe that is a misquote. I’ve covered my face before with a pillow to cover my eyes with a migraine, but not my nose and mouth, so if have to have more info.
Now the “he looked like he’d not quite awakened from a nap?” What? You can’t tell that! I’ve worked in hospice for years and unfortunately you see a lot of deceased people, sometimes they haven’t been passed for long, sometime that have been passed for hours before you arrive. But being able to tell if he was just waking from a nap, that’s ridiculous.
They are odd. Little too talkative, IMO. Tacky and stupid of the owner.
Caveat: If Scalia were 40, I would be more inclined to assume murder...I have been thinking of how Obama’s people have been saying they want to make his changes permanent.
