I’m still waiting for a link on the claim that the doctor said he had life-threatening conditions.

What I’ve seen seems to suggest the opposite, so I’m eager to see where you got that information from.

Thanks in advance.

I agree.

The left is fine with tyranny...as long as they're the ones doing it.

So the first reports came out saying he felt ill, and then the eyewitnesses came out with a different story...

Seems like the media may have tried to control the narrative, again...

Which means they know this stinks to high heaven too, but want to make it seem crazy for anybody to question it.

There’s a story that will hopefully come out soon, proving the media engaged in BIG-TIME deception in an attempt to cover up crimes and libel those who suspected those crimes. They are fully in bed with the crimes of the Obama regime, and it’s just a matter of time before that is exposed.

Given that situation, questioning everything makes sense.

Interesting article about dying peacefully in your sleep: http://healthjournalism.org/blog/2011/07/reporter-explores-dying-peacefully-in-his-sleep/

The conclusion is it would just about have to be from cardiac arrhythmia. Somebody can correct me if I’m mistaken, but fatal cardiac arrhythmia is usually an after-effect from heart surgery. Outside of that it would take EXTREME stress to bring it on - not something that would happen in your sleep, and especially not if you have a serene look on the face when found dead. It can, however, be induced chemically...

I don’t remember ever reading about Scalia having heart surgery. Anybody else hear of it?

I'm an EMT so I know a little bit about it.

Arrhythmia can occur for a number of reasons.

Trauma, electrical shock, genetics, hardware-software problem, chemical, illness.

Had a guy code on me that had double pneumonia and was a cocaine abuser.

I'm sure that he had his wiring checked and haven't seen where he was ill so I'm suspicious.

Imagine hussein is found dead with a pillow over his face while on vacation.

Local GOP JP rules heart attack.

Would the left and the msm just say "years of hard drug abuse and gay sex will do that" and move on?

Justice Scalia’s family didn’t want an autopsy. Absent any evidence whatsoever of foul play I think their request should be honored.

Exactly!

I’m sure his family knows the importance of government having a reputation of integrity. I’m sure they knew the failure to have an autopsy would make this suspicious to the public, whereas having an autopsy would let people simply know what most likely happened based on the evidence. Scalia’s son was supposed to be with him that day but was “called away” unexpectedly. I wonder what that was about and if it had anything to do with why they didn’t order their own autopsy after LE failed to order it.

Seems to me that the family’s actions served 2 possible purposes: kept the family safe if they were threatened, and created a red flag so that the corrupt mechanism could be seen for what it is.

I wonder if they have any fear, whatsoever, that your description could happen.

Those who live by the sword die by the sword. If a SCOTUS justice can be ordered assassinated as a “high value target” - and keep in mind that Obama defended the use of President-ordered force on American citizens, even on US soil, under the invisibility cloak of “national defense” - then how can they think the same can’t be done to him if somebody in the military recognizes him as the Foreign Enemy Combatant he is and sees that he and his allies are planning a hit on the US and her Constitution? If it is known that the US is under attack, what is the military authorized to do?

I say this firmly believing that the plan way back in July of 2008 was for an Iranian and/or North Korean EMP attack at the end of Obama’s 2nd term - which would be necessary for Obama to be POTUS for “the next 8 to 10 years”, as he said he would be at that time. Everything he’s done has put us into a place of vulnerability, strengthening our enemies and tying our hands from being able to defend ourselves. In November and December of this year he plans to be “celebrating his accomplishments” with the very regimes whose NK and Iranian embassies on soil close to the USA have made those EMP attacks possible: Cuba and Venezuela, - as well as the leftist countries along the route from the US’s open border and Venezuela (where Hamas and Hezbollah operatives and materials were flown in directly from Iran on unchecked flights until somebody blew the whistle in 2011 and from Syria since then). Instead of mending the hole in our south-facing radar, he has gotten rid of nearly ALL the security down there. North Korea and Iran have both placed satellites into a polar orbit (which makes it possible for an EMP to exploit that hole in our south-facing radar) at an altitude for an optimum EMP hit.

NK’s satellites are tumbling at this point so don’t pose a danger, but I think China wants it that way because they suspect Kim Jong Un can’t hold fire until the proper time, and when the time is right they will “correct” NK’s problem with launching an effective satellite. China and Russia united in 2011 (when it became clear that Obama was going to hold Congress hostage by failing to ever pass a budget, and vote-seeking critters would raise the debt beyond what we could ever pay back, making economic collapse inevitable) to create a financial system that would survive the collapse of the US economy, with South African gold as the basis so it wouldn’t be a fiat currency like ours that is failing. Kevin Freeman believes that both Russia and China are willing to euthanize the US and her economy so that the timing will minimize their short-term suffering. If China is dealing with their financial system’s problems right now they may well be ready to euthanize us on Obama’s preferred timeline: November or December, making election and/or inauguration of a new POTUS impossible.

This vulnerability REALLY needs to be brought up by the R candidates with their bully pulpit right now, and whoever balks at IMMEDIATELY covering that security hole needs to be detained under authority of the Patriot Act. If it’s Obama, Valerie Jarrett, and/or the Joint Chiefs who balk they should not only be detained but should be waterboarded until they spit out the truth of which of Obama’s allies is planning to attack and when, and how we can thwart that plan.

Read the story at Drudge. The doc said he suffered from a host of chronic conditions. You may not know it but that means when a person is old and overweight they have additional conditions like diabetes or heart failure that the patient does not want to change his life habits to improve

The fact that his family doesn’t want an autopsy tells me they are not surprised at his passing

All the conspiracy nuts here need to cool their jets. This type of pronouncement happens every single day of the week in all states. Remove Scalia’s name and this is a meh story

It’s not up to the family to decide that. It’s up to law enforcement and/or the officials who pronounce death. And that democrat judge somehow thought she could call heart attack as COD without an autopsy, even though Scalia sleeping through it would suggest cardiac arrhythmia, which doesn’t just happen to a sleeping person unless they’ve had heart surgery, been extremely ill, or been exposed to arrhythmia-inducing chemicals (some of which would not appear in a toxicology screen).

Eagles6, can you check that I’m saying this right, and correct if anything I’ve said is medically incorrect?

Once the family knew that a dem operative was not only setting the media narrative but was also in control of the official records, why fight it as a family and put your whole family at risk of the same thing happening to them?

The decision we’re all concerned with was the decision by this judge to play doctor and destroy evidence so that nobody who was a REAL doctor could examine the body and double-check her (medically erroneous) claims on the death certificate.

Ingrown toenail could be a chronic condition. If it had been life-threatening conditions or conditions that would add to the diagnosis, this democrat judge would have said so, since she had no qualms about divulging medical information such as the MRI for his shoulder. The fact that she didn’t tells us that those conditions were unrelated.

Furthermore, a person doesn’t die quietly in their sleep from a heart attack. If they die quietly in their sleep from a heart condition it’s probably cardiac arrhythmia, and that doesn’t happen to somebody in their sleep if they haven’t had heart surgery (I’ve heard no reports of him having heart surgery and that would certainly have been mentioned by the judge if it had been the case), haven’t been very ill (and he was not feeling sick as originally claimed and was OK’ed to go hunting just a couple days earlier), or are exposed to arrhythmia-inducing chemicals - which is the most reasonable explanation left, and what the judge should have been looking out for. Of course, not being a doctor she should have ordered the autopsy and left medicine to the people who do medicine.

At the very least she should be arrested for practicing medicine without a license.

Here’s a quote from that article, which is a summary of a more in-depth study. This quote is the summary after a lot of checking:

“Bush explained that sometimes you can die in your sleep during a massive stroke or a ruptured aneurysm. But in those cases, a person usually will have complained earlier about symptoms like a headache or other pain. A heart attack or pulmonary embolism usually will cause enough pain to lead the person to wake and go to an emergency room.

But death during sleep with no symptoms at all is likely due to the heartbeat going haywire. In Bush’s opinion, it is the way to go.

Peaceful? She thinks so.

Sometimes, she said, such a person will be curled up in a sleeping position, the blankets tucked around them, no evidence of thrashing about. Their faces are serene, their eyes closed. By contrast, in cases where death comes while not sleeping, there’s a 50-50 chance the eyes will be open.”

Are you a medical person?

If not, see http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3397112/posts?page=106#106

This judge should not be playing doctor when the fate of the USA hangs in the balance. If this same thing happened to Barack Obama would it be just another ho-hum thing, nothing wrong with a Republican judge saying no autopsy was necessary?
