If it’s not a problem, then why is the shot in the news? :-)
It’s not a problem for a well trained sniper.
It’s amazing to everyone else.
But, there’s still no need to invent a decapitation to fluff it up. Or to invent tumbling .338 rounds, either.
Its entertaining news to hear about a Muzz getting his head blown off. :-) The shot itself by a trained sniper is not that unusual. But I loved reading about it and the tumbling round. LOL!
