Unless Obama was literally the killer, it doesn’t matter how he died. The ball is in Obama’s court. You know he’s gonna make the appointment.
So, the man is dead. It sucks. But nothing is going to bring him back, and nothing is going to stop this train.
You’re right - the train will not be stopped. And no, nothing will bring Scalia back. But if we applied that reasoning to every death, we would never investigate, regardless of the circumstances.
