As I said at the onset of this exchange, I did not want to waste my time with someone who was not open to the facts of the matter. It appears that you prefer to maintain a stance that is flawed for strictly political reasons and not "reasoning".
That is quite OK, but I will not be wasting further efforts on this matter with you.
Good, because I won’t be a party to the watering down of our country’s leadership with foriegners. If that’s fine with you and your ilk, have at it. You will reap what you sow. Note: Obama...

You are so enamored with Cruz, you’ll never see what’s really going on. Oh well. C’est la vie.
Cruz is not a foreigner...any more than I am or you.
BTW, the opinions based on the misreading of those cases are wrong and have been debunked, Read the cases yourself. They do not have anything to do with Cruz’s citizenship, and one of them is totally removed from the subject and only has some lawyer notes, (dicta) that were only tangentially related to the case and cannot be construed as law as it was only opinion and not even related to the final decision. I read them.
They are not relevant or even precedent. One or two of them might related to the Obama case, had Obama not been able to sell that faked BC. His mother would not have qualified to give her status to him at birth.
Last but not least, since you insulted me, I will return it.
I do not like Trumpies!
I think they are ignorant fools. Not even conservative. Not at all.
Low information voters who’s emotions are running the show, and not their ability to reason, assuming they have any ability.
“I do not like Trumpies!”
I don’t like foreigners. And my parents and I were born here. He and his dead are foreigners. Deal with it.
His mother was natural born.
There was not permanency to her stay in Canada, thus there were no allegiance issues. This satisfies the purposes of the Constitutional restriction under original intent. Statutes in effect at the time of birth back this up 100%.
You deal with it!
I will be voting for Cruz in the primary. If Trump should win the nomination, I intend to vote for a independent or Libertarian..(it does not matter)
I refuse to vote for the North East blue dog democrat, not matter how he self identifies.
This will likely be my last presidential election and I am most definitely voting for a Conservative. There are no exceptions.
If it all goes to hell, and I expect it will, regardless of the election results, I will simply drag up my stuff and move to my off grid safe house where I will spend my last days, knowing I had done everything I could to save this rotting Republic.
It might interest you to know that ted Cruz sees it the same way, but he thinks he might be able to make a difference and wants to try.
The Donald does not even understand the situation. He says what you want to hear.
This has always been the historical case for outsider populists. Their legacy has always been further damages to the Country.
But it won’t likely matter. Not in the long run, simply because there is very little chance of a long run occuring.
