Tea Party Caucus Chairman Tim Huelskamp Endorses Ted Cruz, a 'Full Spectrum Conservative'
Breitbart ^ | February 16, 2016 | Jordan Schachtel

AIKEN, SOUTH CAROLINA - Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), the chairman of the Tea Party Caucus, has endorsed Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) as his choice to become the next President of the United States.

"Ted Cruz is a full spectrum conservative that the people of Kansas should rally behind," said Huelskamp, who is also a leader in the House Freedom Caucus.

Huelskamp added:

I have seen Senator Cruz stand up for conservative principles in Washington time and time again. Whether it's President Obama's illegal executive amnesty, Obamacare, or massive deficit spending, we can count on Ted to start making positive reforms his first day in office. He is not one of those 'campaign conservatives' who are all talk - he is a proven, principled conservative.

Raul Labrador, Idaho representative and a leader of the House Freedom Caucus, is endorsing Ted Cruz for president, sources close to the campaign confirm. Labrador had previously thrown his weight behind Kentucky senator Rand Paul, serving as his Western States Chairman. Candidates began vying for Labrador's endorsement as soon as Paul left the race following a less-than-stellar showing in the Iowa caucuses. Source

Jan 2016: North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows announced Wednesday night on Fox News that he would throw his support behind Cruz's campaign and join the Texas senator's team in Iowa later this week....

Meadows, who represents the Tar Heel State's 11th District, is known for his move last July to boot then-House Speaker John Boehner from his leadership spot. The second-term congressman filed a motion against the speaker, escalating the battle between the Republican party's conservative and moderate divisions.

...Cruz has received 20 congressional endorsements, including those from conservative hawks Reps. Steve King of Iowa, Louie Gohmert of Texas and Mo Brooks of Alabama." - Source

If you don’t vote for Ted Cruz, Tim Huelskamp will run over you with a tractor.

Medal of Honor Recipient Dakota Meyer Endorses Ted Cruz for PresidentMedal of Honor recipient and Marine Sgt. Dakota Meyer endorsed Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) for president on Tuesday. Meyer is the second youngest living Medal of Honor recipient and the first living Marine to be honored in 38 years .

Meyer said in a statement first reported by Independent Journal that Cruz was ready to lead the country.

"I am confident that Ted Cruz has the ability and resolve to be Commander-in-Chief. His record of standing up and fighting for what he believes in shows that he is not someone who buckles under pressure. Ted is ready to led this country-and I look forward to help uniting conservatives and veterans behind this campaign," Meyer said.

Cruz, who is coming off of a surprise victory in the Iowa caucus and a strong showing in the New Hampshire primary, accepted the endorsement in a statement, saying that Meyer is "a man of great courage and principle."

"We need to restore America's leadership in the world at a time when Obama's foreign policy has put America and it's national security interests in jeopardy. I am honored to have Dakota's support and have him as part of our team to help win the White House in 2016," Cruz's statement read.

Meyer was awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions in Afghanistan in September 2009. After learning that three Marines and a Navy corpsman were missing following an ambush by insurgents, Meyer entered an insurgent-held area under enemy fire and located the missing serviceman, who had been killed and stripped of their equipment. Meyer, aided by Afghan forces, moved the bodies to a safer area so that they could be extracted. During his search, Meyer evacuated 12 wounded allies and provided cover for another 24 Marines to escape.

Meyer's endorsement of Cruz comes just days before the Republican primary in South Carolina."

How soon we forget.

This caucus also propped up Paul Ryan and sold us out. Stop confusing lobbyist run ‘tea parties’ with the grass roots. Jenny Beth Martin of TeaPartyPatriots is getting $400,000 a year to endorse Cruz.

While the Tea Party was fighting and running candidates against the establishment back in 2010 and 2012, and trying to take out Mitch McConnell in 2014. Trump was donating to the very people the Tea Party was trying to get rid of.

“....That $100,000 gift from Trump to the Boehner-allied super PAC was twice as big as his next-biggest contributions. [Trump’s] given $50,000 .. to Karl Rove’s American Crossroads (2010) [and $50,000 to] the pro-Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) Kentuckians for Strong Leadership (2013)...

http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2015/08/when-it-comes-to-contributions-trump-doesnt-play-in-the-big-leagues/

And then Trump gave McConnell’s PAC another $10,000 in Nov 2014.
