He’s been arrested and I am reminded of the ‘crazy’ religious broadcasters attacked and pursued for “Fairness Doctrine” violations violating their First Amendment rights back in the 1960’s and 70’s.
John F. Kennedy targeted the religious broadcasters deliberately for the 1964 election because they supported Barry Goldwater. The plan was hatched before JFK’s assassination and carried out in the election year for LBJ.
This was documented by the former CBS News President and no conservative himself, Fred Friendly, in his “The Good Guys, The Bad Guys and The First Amendment” book.
Rev. Carl McIntire’s radio station was shut down in the early 1970’s on liberal Fairness Doctrine complaints by RIchard NixOn’s FCC. McIntire opposed Nixon’s talks with the Communists in the Vietnam War.

The truth is, for many years now, we have witnessed the development of blogging into amateur news sources. You could just scroll right pass and not give it the time of day, you know. That's what the vast majority of folks who are not easily offended do. It's such a better statement than whining.

And now Obama gets one more supreme court justice to cement his fundamental change in place because the republican party is in on the scam.
