From the scriptural view, Christians are the "Israel of God," the children of Abraham through faith, through Jesus Christ who is the heir of Abraham and the recipient of all the promises God made to Israel. This is basic, Reformed/Presbyterian teaching as well.

Dishonest reporting. I saw it live. The question was about a Mideast Peace Deal. Trump said he wanted to try to broker a deal, but the problem is that the Palestinians are taught from birth to hate the Jewish people. When pressed for details on how he'd proceed, he said he didn't want to give away any specifics because he wanted to be seen as fair going in. It was an excellent answer -- and typical lying BS reporting.

I want Jew-hating hypocrites who are only pacifists when it comes to Israel (but who would have gladly sacrificed an entire generation to die for Rhodesia or Nationalist China or South Korea) to stop being hypocrites. But of course, that's never going to happen.
I don't advocate sending Americans to the Middle East at all. But I'm not a hypocrite who only opposes wars when they might benefit Israel.
