PORTLAND — On Wednesday, a federal grand jury in Nevada indicted rancher Cliven Bundy for an armed standoff at his ranch in 2014. The indictment lists charges against Bundy, his two sons and another man authorities say helped recruit followers so that the rancher could defy agents trying to remove cattle they said Bundy was illegally grazing on federal lands.
The same indictment also charged Peter T. Santilli, host of a right-wing YouTube show. When the Nevada indictment came out, Santilli, like Bundy’s sons, sat in an Oregon jail, having been indicted earlier this month on felony charges due to the armed occupation of an Oregon wildlife refuge.
Santilli’s case has attracted the support of groups as disparate as the American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon and the Oath Keepers, a citizen militia. While other people indicted have argued that seizing the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge was an act of political protest, the case made by an attorney for Santilli and the 50-year-old Marine’s supporters is that he was there as a new media journalist and a “shock jock.â€

We need to stand behind Sheriff Palmer. He is the only constitutional Sheriff left in Oregon. The others are trying to kick him out of their association.
The same dispatch who betrayed him hung up on us twice when we called and asked if an officer was available to escort us partway through Grant County as we were trying to get to the rapidly deteriorating scene on the night the FBI moved within 50 feet of the final four protesters.
We had hoped an officer could guide us through the winding mountain roads safely and help us get to the scene if the reports of roadblocks had been true.
But she hung up on us telling us they only take calls from within Grant County. We told her we were currently in the county and were requesting safe passage through it. And she hung up on us. Twice.
What we have is a constitutional Sheriff with a Judas in his staff.”

I am trying to get a hold of the testimony that was provided here. I politely asked the Gentleman named Mark who answered the phone to please ask Congressman Stewart to speak about the 3 innocent Americans who were in LaVoy’s truck when the “authorities” opened fire on them.
The evidence and the courts will tell us whether LaVoy was shot with his hands up or down. I asked him to please discuss what happened to the 3 innocent Americans in that vehicle. The FBI through their own admission acknowledge that Ryan Bundy was shot while in the vehicle. (All of our elected officials should be encouraged to understand that we the people do NOT think this is OK.) I believe what happened to LaVoy was terrible and should never be allowed to happen again. If we can get them to acknowledge that Shawna Cox and Victoria Sharp exist and were assaulted illegally it will help get all the Patriot’s stories out there for the public.

When liberal groups got their way on the Fairness Doctrine with ‘right-wing’ radio preacher Carl McIntire in 1973 and the Federal Communications Commission shut his radio station down, the Radio Television News Directors Association and the editorial page of “Broadcasting” magazine were on his side.
A liberal federal appeals court judge, David Bazelon, expressed his disgust with the preachers radio station and its programming, but said the First Amendment was more important and supported the preacher’s right to broadcast with a dissenting opinion.
