There was a front page story in the Indianapolis Star that the state election board just approved both Rubio and Cruz for the primary ballot here in May. Turns out someone had challenged both of the on the NBC issue. I’m guessing this has been happening across the country.
Of course, now that Rubio has risen, it’s all tat the Donald needs to start laying the wood to Kid Rubio as he has done to Cruz over the past weeks...I’m guessing though that the MSM, certainly pro-Rubio Fox News won’t touch this subject for Rubio...
Looks like Hillary and The Donald have one thing in common:
There is an excellent video making the rounds of a woman explaining the term natural born as the founder’s understood it.
It has nothing to do with where you are born. It is rather, an attribute that you inherit from your parents (like your eye color).
If your parents were citizens, then you inherit your citizenship from your parents. It is part of your NATURE, because it was part of their NATURE. Hence the term NATURAL born.
Under that scenario, Cruz would be natural born (because his mother was a citizen—he inherited her nature), but Rubio would not (because neither of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth—he inherits their non-citizen nature).
Rubio would be a CITIZEN because he was born in the USA, but he would NOT be a NATURAL BORN citizen, because his parents were not citizens at the time of his birth.
Had Rubio’s parents become citizens before he was born, then he would be a natural born citizen, because he could inherit his citizenship from his parents.

I don’t know if this means Trump is going after Rubio now, or if this is an isolated example.
Yet Rubio has yet to win even one state.
