No, there’s no presidential level power to be wielded at this point; but, likely plenty of grapevine style tidbits that while not necessarily legal issues, could prove disruptive or embarrassing for their operations.
#22 if the standard you judge Trump’s ethics is VJ and Obama you need post nothing else. Just sit in the corner and sip that koolaid.
Look up Trump’s deposition on the Trump University case. Thrn compare it to the advertisements He’s as sleezy as the Clintons.
A bit of a difference to donate to support a candidate, and to donate to a PAC that just wants to demolish a candidate.
Why? I thought that take no prisoners “demolish the other guy” was what was loved about Trump? Only Trump gets to play hardball now?

If you say so *shrug*
I respectfully ask you to stop posting your ridiculous comments to me. I am not play this game with you. You are not ignorant just an argumentative Cruzer.
Trump donating to PACs himself (look at his donation record), running a no holds barred attack campaign (Carson attacks, then Cruz attacks, Jeb attacks, now ramping up on Rubio) then whining every time anyone opposes him (this thread, WSJ poll) or he doesn’t get his way (Iowa).
So yes, Trump seems to believe he is entitled to treatment he does not afford others.
When I think that you have made a ridiculous comment I will respond to it.
You are free to not respond.
Imagine Trump with his hands on the IRS. Criticizing Trump = audit.
You’re joking right? That’s what Obama does.

LOL.
oh please, they all do it. My father’s business being the beneficiary in the late 60s early 70s because my mother went to see the trial of the Catonsville Nine.
Sure they can support or oppose who ever they want but they must do so responsibly or there should be consequences. What do think that a PAC donor can say anything they want with no consequences. I do not think so! If they join the battle then they have to expect combat.
“That sounds like a threat. Is Trump threatening to use the Presidency to go after his political opponents?”
No. He is saying that he is aware of things the guy would prefer to keep quiet.
They may if he has dirt on them.
If they were honest they would have opposed him in public rather can creating a secret PAC to oppose him. It is one thing to not support someone, a second to oppose someone and contribute to their opponents and quite another to contribute millions to a secret PAC with no accountability. Just more of the Chicago machine.
Contrituting to a PAC supporting a candidate is fine. Creating a secret PAC to oppose a candidate is sleazy.
All PACs are registered and regulated.
“Except when that person ran 4 of his companies into bankruptcy?”
How do you know he didn’t?
How do you know he didnât?LOL! You Trump chumps are really something.
If you think that running four businesses into bankruptcy is reasonable, please provide us with other examples of honorable people who have done the same.
Even better, please explain why a gazillionaire like Trump hasn't made any effort to pay back the people who he screwed out of their investments.
Another suit????
Yes but not all PACs release the name of their donors timely.
