When Liza arrived from the Philippines, Bubba immediately took to her ... Bubba was a mixed black Lab of about 7 or 8 years
He was like a service dog to her ... always trotting by her side and when she was on the riding mower, he'd sit up proud, like BALTO, watching over her

The morning he was killed by a car, Liza penned a beautiful and insightful tribute to him that pretty much spoke of her love for him and their relationship together

I believe THAT testimony helped to relieve her pain and she was able to move on so quickly and smoothly

We replaced him with a pure bred black Lab and gave him the same name, Bubba .... and we are now like all the old people I used to think were insane ... refering to our son, Bubba.
