Agreed. I knew Cruz was finished when he rose to take the bait on his citizenship issue.
Rubio is the GOPe candidate and therefore much more dangerous at a brokered convention. I believe Trump will defeat Rubio for good in Florida, where Trumps numbers are above 50%.
Trump should glean a lot of supporters from a terminated Cruz campaign.
