President Obama detailed Tuesday a four-point plan he'll submit to Congress to eventually close the detention facility at Guantanamo, Cuba -- a plan that includes releasing more of the remaining 91 detainees, while transferring others to an as-yet determined facility on U.S. soil.

The only questions that need to be asked, was the Guantanamo Prison Camp in operation on September 10, 2001 or before our Embassies and the USS Cole was Bombed?

Oblabla strikes again. Just hours after he spewed this crap one of his buddies he released from Club Gitmo was nabbed by Spanish authorities for ties to ISIS. How can he do the wrong thing 100% of the time. You would mathematics would say he would have to screw up at least once and do the right thing.
