I just got a lands end catalog in the mail today.
Straight to the trash it went, and I’m about to call and tell them to take me off their mailing list.
I used to buy a fair amount of stuff from them but they’re now on my no-shop list, along with Macy’s and Penneys.
My catalogue went straight to the trash also.
I’m also through with Appleseed’s and Talbot’s.
I still use LL Bean because I can ship both ways free.
When I order I try on and check quality and return if needed.
They take things back without any problem. I paid $200.00 for a short wool coat,wore it about a dozen times,and was less than pleased with the fabric considering the cost. They took it back without question.
