Irwin Schiff’s tax philosophy was not that of PH and I could drive my 18 wheeler through all the holes in the Schiff’s ignorance that landed him in jail.
And it is not the courts where one needs to see victories, the proof is in the 100,000’s of thousands of dollars returned every year to those who file educated returns and respond accordingly when questioned about them prior to their receiving 100% refunds.
And if what PH wrote is not true, then how is it that the feds were able to get Schiff’s book banned but not PH's? How come the feds failed 3x when trying to get the courts to ban PH's book and were forced to back down every time?
