It looks like Rubios and possibly Cruz's War Rooms are digging up crap. The lawsuit is between union workers and Trump Towers for $325,000. There is nothing that supports the $1 million except speculation. This suit was settled in 1999. NOTHINGBURGER!

The judge in the case said to Trump that the Polish illegal immigrants were easy to spot because they weren’t wearing hard hats. He paid them $5/hr and didn’t provide them with safety equipment.
