How could anyone be more liberal than:

-signing a liberalized California abortion law - 1967
https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=yAlJAAAAIBAJ&sjid=dAUNAAAAIBAJ&pg=5620%2C3433380

-giving amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in America - 1986
https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=Z7M0AAAAIBAJ&sjid=YCEGAAAAIBAJ&pg=7219%2C665572

-endorsing the Brady bill against the 2nd amendment - 1991
https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=UpwzAAAAIBAJ&sjid=0TIHAAAAIBAJ&pg=3945%2C5172761

-coming out in support of NAFTA - 1992
https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=q0dQAAAAIBAJ&sjid=11UDAAAAIBAJ&pg=3988%2C3599740

Yet Ronald Reagan did all of those things.

Ronald Reagan was no Ronald Reagan after he performed all of those liberal actions. ;-)

No one is a perfect conservative. Not even Ronald Reagan.

Nope, Evangelical Christian. I actually support a border wall. I also support the 1st Amendment and I oppose Obamacare.

“Cruz just sold out on that fundamental priority by saying he’d support Rubio over Trump.”

He showed his true colors. Cruz refused to say anything about illegal immigration in the beginning of the campaign.

Then, he condescendingly said “The American people don’t want to have that conversation.” about illegals here. Sound familiar? Rubio says the exact same thing (except not so condescendingly) by saying we’ll talk about it later. Both buzzwords for ‘I’ll pass amnesty’ since saying it now destroys their campaigns.

So what are you referring to with regard to religious freedom?

Jan Brewer caved to the Gaystapo vetoed a bill that would have strengthened religious freedom protections for business owners. She claimed that while religious freedom is a core American value, so is nondiscrimination. When she did this, FReepers rightfully called her a traitor to the 1st Amendment.

Cruz wants to protect the Constitution. Trump wants to protect the borders.

R-E-A-D Cruz' Immigration Plan and get back to us on how he doesn't intend to protect the borders any less than Trump.

Well, bye. There is no religious freedom without a secure border. Otherwise it’s Sharia law. And you are a fool.

That’s nice. Didn’t she told like a cheap suit though when faced with the gay lobby? Or am I remembering wrong.

The Republicans let people like Sheriff Joe and Brewer just get blasted with bullying Democrat actions. You could say the same about Palin. Not surprising they would gravitate towards Trump even if he isn’t a perfect candidate.

Those who know that demographics are destiny would probably realize that someone like Bernie Sanders is better for the possibility of future conservatism in the US than someone like Rubio.

yes, we’re all aware of your unwillingness to vote for Trump and we can’t wait to talk to you about that some more after he has the nomination. :)
